Rhonda Kokot was diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia in 2001 and is now cancer-free thanks to a clinical trial. She achieved her incredible goal to run a half marathon in all 50 states so that more cancer patients could have access to clinical trials. While covering 655 miles total, she raised more than $100,000 in donations for Gateway—making it possible to fund more than 6,000 days of clinical trials for courageous patients worldwide.
