CHICAGO (October 18, 2017) – Gateway for Cancer Research (Gateway) founder Richard J Stephenson and Dr. Stacie J. Stephenson announce world-renowned entertainment for the annual Cures Gala, “Gateway to OZ,” beginning at 5:00 p.m. on November 18, 2017 in the Grand Ballroom at McCormick Place, 2301 South King Drive, Chicago. The Emerald City-worthy event will rock with the legendary R&B band that changed the sounds of pop for all times, Earth, Wind & Fire.
Click your heels along a magical journey, beginning with a unique culinary experience and followed by a first-class entertainment roster including Matteo Bocelli, son of Andrea Bocelli performing for the first time in Chicago; Billy Gilman, the youngest singer to ever reach #1 on the Billboard Top Country Album charts; Laura Breton, America’s Got Talent finalist and “Golden Buzzer” winner; and Letitia Frye, America’s foremost “auctiontainer.”
Celebrating 26 years of Gateway-funded groundbreaking clinical research trials, Gateway to OZ is co-chaired and presented by Richard J Stephenson, founder and chairman of Cancer Treatment Centers of America® (CTCA) and Gateway for Cancer Research and Dr. Stacie J. Stephenson, CTCA Chairman Functional Medicine and Gateway Board of Directors; and honorary chair Jim Gordon, Founder & Managing Partner of The Edgewater Funds.
